We offer delivery anywhere in Montreal and its suburbs. We are also able to make a delivery anywhere in Quebec, Canada and most countries of the world thanks to the florist with whom we are associated.

Our delivery service is available seven days a week and same-day deliveries are also accepted.

Florist Coin Vert offers flower delivery anywhere in Montreal and its suburbs. Thanks to our associated florists, we can also deliver flowers anywhere in Canada and in most countries of the world. The transport of our flowers and floral arrangement is done quickly and in a personalized way to ensure that your flowers arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping costs

Delivery costs vary depending on the recipient’s address. You will therefore have to choose the delivery area when validating your order.

  • Local (The Southwest): $10.00
  • Montreal (center): $12.00
  • Montreal East, West and North: $15.00
  • West Island: $15.00
  • South Shore: $20.00
  • North Shore: $20.00
  • Laval: $20.00
  • 35 km and +: $25.00

Same day delivery

Flower orders made online are all guaranteed to be delivered on the same day. Please preferably place your order at least four (4) hours before the scheduled delivery time. For Sundays, orders placed before 2 p.m. are guaranteed to be delivered the same day.

Possible delivery dates

For each order of flowers you place, be sure to indicate the date on which you want the delivery to be made. We offer flower delivery seven days a week. Schedules may vary on public holidays.

We do not deliver on the following holiday days:

  • New Year’s Day (January 1)
  • Saint-Jean-Baptiste (June 24)
  • Canada Day (July 1)
  • Labour Day (1st Monday in September)
  • Christmas (December 25)
  • Schedules may vary on other public holidays.

Delivery at specific times

Orders at very specific times are not guaranteed with the exception of funerals and weddings. Special requests must also be ordered in advance.

We offer the following time slots:

  • Between 9:30 am and 12:00 pm
  • Between 12:00 and 16:00
  • Between 16:00 and 20:00

What happens when no one is present at the delivery address

When the recipient is not present when we deliver your order, we will do so in one of the following ways.

  • A note will be left on the door indicating to contact us to indicate a different time or date of delivery
  • For local deliveries (the South-West), a second delivery attempt will be made before we leave a note.
  • On rare occasions and only if possible and safe. We will leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a protected place in addition to leaving a note.

Need for delivery addresses

Be sure to indicate the information relating to the delivery address of your order to avoid that your flowers are sent to the wrong address thus spoiling your surprise.

In any case, we need at least:

  • Surname (first and last name)
  • The address
  • The city
  • The phone number
  • Where possible, please also provide the postal code and an email address

hospitals | For deliveries to a hospital, also provide the following information:

  • The full name of the hospital
  • The pavilion
  • The floor
  • The number of the room

It is also advisable to choose a vase when sending a bouquet of flowers to a hospital. Alternatively, you can opt for a floral arrangement.
Make sure that the person is able to receive the flowers since most hospitals refuse the delivery of flowers in intensive care or other delicate departments.

funeral home | For deliveries to a funeral home, also provide the following information:

  • The full name of the funeral home
  • Service time
  • The name of the deceased

Delivery confirmation

For orders placed online, you will receive an email confirmation within hours of delivery of your order.

For in-store orders, you must request confirmation when you place your order. In this case, you will receive a confirmation by email or phone depending on your preference.

Cancelling an order

To cancel an order, placed online or in store, you must contact us at 514-366-0004. We will be able to refund you if the cancellation request is made before the order is part of the shop.
